Nice stay here recently. The property had a great laid back feel to it, full of Key West charm throughout. We liked that it wasn't a huge property, but had plenty of amenities for our stay. Ice machine was INOP which was a bummer for trying to keep drinks ice cold, but freezer and mini fridge were operational. We love good coffee, so had to travel to get it (the coffee on site just wasnt our kind of coffee...it may be yours). Host(s) were helpful and explained everything in detail upon our checkin. Loved the little nook we had right outside our door (Old Town Suite). Nice touch to have basket of snacks for us to enjoy as well.

We booked and paid two nights here, but unfortunately we could not be here as planned due to flights disruption (British Airways). However, the owner was kind as he allowed us to recover one of the two nights the day after. Location is close to central. We particularly appreciated how comfortable the bed and pillows were. Also, it was good to find refreshments and snacks in the room at our arrival. Nice garden with plenty of plants and a small pool. Good WiFi connection.

Great location near beaches, shops, restaurants. Very helpful owner offering plenty of information and local knowledge. Unit had everything we needed for a relatively short visit.

The backyard area to hang out was amazing! The owner was extremely helpful. Location was great! Close to Duval yet quiet & private.

Beautiful location with lots of character. Utilities like free & easy parking, equipped kitchenette, washer dryer access made out stay very comfortable. Mark is a standout host, very responsive and available.
